Payment
We use PayPal or Amazon Pay as our Merchant Acount providers.   For PayPal, this allows you to pay with PayPal or a Major Credit Card without any surcharges to you. Major Credit Card can be used without signing up for PayPal. We reserve the right not accept payment if it is deemed by us to be unsafe.   If your PayPal account fails to provide us with a confirmed address or if it is an unverified account, we may not accept payment. For Amazon Pay, use the convenience of your existing Amazon.com account to complete the transaction. The financial transaction is completely handled by Amazon.com, and we will ship your order to the mailing address that Amazon.com provides us. Tax is applied to items shipped to Minnesota.
Shipping Policy
All orders over $99 have are shipped PRIORITY mail for FREE!  Orders typically ship same or next day.  Orders ship primarily USPS PRIORITY mail, although we may occassionally use others to provide faster service.  A tracking number is provided on boxed items...medium or larger. Other carriers and methods of shipment can be arranged.   Email us at customerservice@radiorider.com for quotes. INTERNATIONAL orders are typically shipped USPS International. Other carriers may be used to reduce shipping costs. Shipping time varies by country and the Customs Departments in each country. Entry Duties and/or Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy
We make every effort to get good product to you...but just in case, we offer a 30-day return policy to cover product that may be deemed not working or damaged.

Return Authorization Procedure:
-Email us at customerservice@radiorider.com, tell us the product and problem you have with it. Please provide your phone number and address.
-We may call you and/or send you a Return Authorization Number, along with the location to send the product.
-Return the product in the original box, complete of all components, and packing slip. No exceptions.
-Write the Return Authorization number on outside of shipping box please. Send to address provided.
-If product arrives complete, we will refund or replace per your request. We may refuse to accept if package in not complete.
Warranty
After 30 day return period. Please see the Warranty information provided with your product. For the Sena Help Desk or Warranty Support, please visit: support.sena.com.  Some Products may require RadioRider.com as the Warranty Department( i.e. Interphone). Please follow Return Authorization instructions above.

Email us at  Sales@RadioRider.com. We offer discounts to organizations such as training shools, teachers, emergency service personell, Active Military and Veterans. Email us for a best price for you. We offer discounts to Forum Groups. If you would like a discount for your forum,   email us today. We offer volume discounts. Email us  for a quote. We will buy / package / send / etc. most any request or order to your special need. Email us what you need..we'll get it to you at the RadioRider price!
