Payment
We use PayPal as our Merchant Acount provider.  For PayPal, this allows you to pay with PayPal or a Major Credit Card without any surcharges to you.  We reserve the right not accept payment if it is deemed by us to be unsafe.  If your PayPal account fails to provide us with a confirmed address or if it is an unverified account, we may not accept payment.  Tax is applied to items shipped to Minnesota.
Shipping Policy
All orders over $99 have are shipped standard mail for FREE!  Orders typically ship same or next day.  Orders ship primarily USPS mail, although we may occassionally use others to provide faster service.  A tracking number is provided on boxed items...medium or larger. Other carriers and methods of shipment can be arranged.   Email us at sales@radiorider.com for quotes. International customers must ship to a USA-based mailing address since we are a USA-only authorized dealer. Other carriers may be used to reduce shipping costs. Shipping time varies by country and the Customs Departments in each country. Entry Duties and/or Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the carrier makes one or more delivery attempt(s) of your shipment, then safely receiving your package(s) is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Radio Rider will not be held liable for packages which are missing once the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered at the mailing address provided by the buyer, even if the buyer was not available when the item was delivered.

If any package(s) arrived in a damaged condition by the carrier, please contact us within 24-48 hours so we can have the carrier return for a proper inspection of the shipment damages. Or contact the carrier directly to request for an inspection of the damaged shipment on site by the carrier who operates your delivery route.

Regarding delayed shipments: usually your item will be received within the allotted time window by the shipping service. However, in the unlikely circumstance that your order is delayed, please message us explaining the situation.

During the busier periods such as holidays, delivery estimates may be a few days behind schedule, please allow a little longer before contacting us at these times as your item will most likely be running a day out in the postal office.

For international purchases, we would advise to wait up to 28 days after placing your order before contacting us. If you need your item for a specific date we advise you to message us to request our express or tracked service.

If your item has not been received within a reasonable date of expected delivery time please message us.
Return Policy
We make every effort to get good product to you...but just in case, we offer a 30-day return policy to cover product that may be deemed not working or damaged. All returns for refund must be in new uninstalled condition to receive credit and all items will be inspected upon arrival to our warehouse.

Return Authorization Procedure:
-Email us at sales@radiorider.com, tell us the product and problem you have with it. Please provide your phone number and address.
-We may call you and/or send you a Return Authorization Number, along with the location to send the product.
-Return the product in the original box, complete of all components, and packing slip. No exceptions.
-Write the Return Authorization number on outside of shipping box please. Send to address provided.
-If product arrives complete, we will refund or replace per your request. Please do not tape the returning item box, wrap the box in paper and place it in an outer box to ensure the item box reaches us undamaged. We may refuse to accept if package in not complete.
-Up to a 50% restocking fee may be applied to items purchased in error, or if the item was returned in used condition or returned with missing parts or damages to the item.
