RETURNS

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of the date of purchase, you may return your item(s) to Radio Rider for refund or exchange.

Return items must be in original condition including packaging with all original accessories, manuals and labels. Do not use the item box as the shipping box.

Items which have been used, modified or installed on your bike will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Return using your own shipping method - review above criteria to ensure the item is returnable. If yes, then message us with your return request. We will send you a Return Authorization Number, along with the location to send the item.

Keep a copy of your return tracking number. We are not responsible for missing packages. A refund back to the original payment method used will be issued for valid returns by Radio Rider. If you are requesting an item exchange, then please list the preferred item name, model number, color and size.

WARRANTY

Any brand new communication item purchase includes an industry-best 2-year manufacturer warranty for electronics!

If the product is used or defective, then coverage is provided by the manufacturer's warranty which does not include return shipping to Radio Rider. Since some manufacturers deal directly with the customers for warranty issues, Radio Rider may put customers in contact with the manufacturers and can assist with the return process.
